Blog started by a ninth grader from Princeton New Jersey USA for spreading the awareness of this global health emergency called "SUPERBUGS".This blog is all about superbugs - Bacteria who have outsmarted all our available antibiotics so far. I will keep writing about all things related to Superbugs like MRSA, bacteria, NDM-1, infection, antibiotic-resistant, multi-drug-resistant. New Regulations on Antibiotics for Cattle

For many years, farmers have been giving cattle medicated feed and water. These antibiotics usually are for the cattle to grow faster and much larger. The FDA has now decided that starting from January 1st, medicated feed and water can only be given under the supervision of a veterinarian. Check out OPB's article for more information.
