Superbugs ! Lets fight Superbugs! Blog started by a ninth grader from Princeton New Jersey USA for spreading the awareness of this global health emergency called "SUPERBUGS".This blog is all about superbugs - Bacteria who have outsmarted all our available antibiotics so far. While reading about Superbugs and antimicrobial resistance, one acronym caught my attention - NDM -1 which stands for (New Delhi Metallo-beta-lactamase-1). Me being PIO, People of Indian origin, a Superbug's name containing "New Delhi" arose my curiosity .
