India Unlikely to Meet Goals for TB by 2025


Phillipenes, Russia, and India are all in a similar case where the cases of Tuberculosis, has a higher chance of becoming drug resistant, and the goal of eradicating the disease by 2025 will most likely not happen in these three countries. People might ask-- What can we do to change this? Well, for starters,we must make sure all patients receive complete treatment. In many cases, the treatment is left incomplete, making the drug-resistance even stronger in a person's body. Other than this, it's important we report cases as soon as possible, to ensure early detection.
