Antibiotic-Resistant STD on the Rise Needing New Drugs

In the past week or so, I noticed that Gonorrhoea is flooding the news, due to new statistics shown. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 77 countries have reported that the sexually-transmitted disease is becoming more difficult to treat, due to the issue of antibiotic resistance. Every year, roughly 78 million people are infected with Gonorrhoea, hence this is something we can't ignore. For more information, check out WHO's article.
